Adult Gymnastics

For those who wanted to try gymnastics when they were young but did not have the opportunity, JOIN US!

For those especially dancers and performers who wants to add a gymnastic element into their performance, JOIN US!

For those who did gymnastics in their younger days and had to stop due to studies, carrier, etc., and wish to rejuvenate your interest, JOIN US!

Our classes are designed for beginners, physically active people and those who wish to get a taste of what gymnastics is all about.

​

Its a group class with warm ups, stretching and physical conditioning aiming towards achieving basic gymnastic skills in a safe environment surround by lots of landing mats, pits and progression equipent.
